RECIPE FOR HONEY CHILLI POTATO INGREDIENTS REQUIRED : 1. Onion- 2 2. ginger 3. Garlic- 3-4 cloves 4.Potatoes - 3-4 5. oil - 2-3 spoon 6. Cornflour - 3-4 tablespoon 7. Salt - According to Taste 8. Red chili powder -1 spoon 9. Tomato ketchup - 2-3 spoons 10. Schezwan Sauce- 1 spoon 11. Vinegar - 1 spoon 12. Sugar - 1 spoon 13. Honey - 1 tablespoon { YOU CAN USE OTHER VEGETABLES ALSO LIKE CAPSICUM AND GREEN CHILLI } STEPS TO FOLLOW : 1. Chop the potatoes like finger chips , rinse it off with normal water and clean them with cotton cloth. 2. Add 1 tbs of Cornflour to washed potatoes and cover potatoes completely with cornflour and let them deep fry. 3. Now take a pan, put 2 tbs of olive oil . 4. Add chopped onions, garlic and ginger . Cook till the vegetables turn little soggy. 5. Add tomato ketchup, Schezwan Sauce, Vinegar, Honey, sugar, salt and saute them well. 6. Now mix 2 tbs of water in 1/4th cornflour, mix it well and add it to the pan and...
